In the reporting sector Other Denmark reports emissions of NH3 from dogs and cats. Emissions are reported for the years 1985-2024 and in 2024 the emission of NH3 contribute with 0.8 % of the Danish emission of NH3. In Figure 1 the trend for the emissions is shown. Emission from both dogs and cats has increased from 1985-2024 due to an increase in the number of animals.
