Ansvarlig for stationær forbrænding i de danske emissionsopgørelser. Opgørelserne rapporteres til EU og FN (UNECE Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution, the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the EU Monitoring Mechanism, the NEC Directive). Bidrager endvidere til fremskrivningerne af emissioner fra stationære forbrændingsanlæg.
