On Tuesday 4 of November in the Pavilion the ENVS financial project officers are inviting all academic employees to a workshop about: 

-   Relevant reports in AURAP concerning ST20 ( relevant for project leaders/head of sections – showing budgets for working hours and running costs in the various projects) and ST25 ( for all employees – showing budgets for working hours proportional to the used working hours) (the lab technicians will be introduced to ST25 on another occasion). 

-   The application database ReAp and the common procedure which has been agreed, including the help of the financial officers´ preparing the application budgets. 

-  Horizon2020 applications and projects: the most relevant administrative changes in relation to FP7. 

The workshop is very relevant for all academic employees and will last one hour and take place in the Pavilion from 12.00 to 13.00.
