Abstract: The talk will present insight into novel sources of micro-pollutants (biocides, pharmaceuticals, flame retardants).

It will, however, focus on means to remove these contaminants by means of innovative biofilm reactors, nanotechnology, and others from municipal and hospital wastewater as well as stormwater.
