Ole-Kenneth, who attended both weeks of COP25 in Madrid, has kindly offered to tell us about his observations from the (failed) negotiations.

Ole-Kenneth attends the climate COPs negotiating the enhanced transparency framework under the Paris Agreement for the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities.
He will make a brief presentation and then the floor is open for all kinds of questions – the more the merrier.
