Busses arrive to Centralværkstedet from Foulum, Flakkebjerg, Herning, Kalø, Roskilde, Silkeborg
and Årslev

6:30 PM Welcome drink

7:00 PM Dinner

10:00 PM Music, hygge and dancing
- PARKLIFE strikes up and opens the dance floor
- East Coast Jazzband provides crisp sounds in the jazz tent

1:00 AM The evening comes to an end – optional after-party at Train
Transport to Foulum, Flakkebjerg, Herning, Kalø, Roskilde, Silkeborg and Årslev

The event costs DKK 200 per person, which includes welcome drink, dinner with drinks, and transport if required. Extra drinks can be purchased.

The event is reserved for employees and PhD students at Science and Technology, the ST
Administration Centre and Back Office Staff members (no spouses).

Transport
Transport will be organised from/to Foulum, Flakkebjerg, Herning, Kalø, Roskilde, Silkeborg and Årslev. Registration takes place in the webshop when you buy your celebration ticket.
