About the tool 
The tool “Develop Diverse” identifies any stereotypical language usage in the text and suggests more inclusive or neutral alternatives. You can use it when writing job postings and other texts that contribute to the perception of the department and AU. The tool is available for all – feel free to try it out and use it to the extent that it makes sense for you. 

Word add-in 
The tool is now also available directly in Word. Simply click on the green Develop Diverse logo in the toolbar and sign in using your AU email via SAML (at the bottom of the login window).

Additional language packages 
In addition to English and Danish, the tool is now also available in German, French and Swedish.
